What data we collect

The website has no forms, so we do not collect personal data automatically. When you call us or write to us on WhatsApp or Viber, we receive your name, phone number and the information you share with us to arrange the service.

How we use the data

The data is used only to arrange funeral services, prepare documents and stay in touch with you. We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties, except where this is necessary to provide the service (for example the Public Service Hall, the cemetery administration or an airline during repatriation) or where the law requires it.

Retention and security

Data is kept for 3 years after the service is completed, as required by tax and accounting legislation, and is then deleted. Only authorised staff have access to it.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses only technically necessary cookies. If analytics services are added, this policy will be updated.
